How we assess casino brands
Every score follows the same five-part editorial rubric. The goal is a useful comparison of published information, not a forecast of gambling or account outcomes.
1. Product clarity — 20%
We look for a clear description of games, live products, mobile access and the main audience the product serves.
2. Payments — 20%
We assess whether deposit and withdrawal methods, minimums, fees and processing stages are described clearly in public material.
3. Account and KYC guidance — 20%
We look for age rules, identity requirements, payment-name matching and an understandable verification path.
4. Support — 20%
We assess whether support channels and stated availability are easy to find and belong to the exact brand identity.
5. Public terms — 20%
We look for readable promotion conditions, eligibility, expiry and material withdrawal restrictions. Missing public detail lowers completeness; it is never filled with an assumption.
Evidence rules
Identity uses current PAGCOR material and exact domains. Product claims use first-party brand pages. We record limitations where the public source does not answer a question and revisit material changes.
What the score means
Scores run from 0 to 5 and are shown to one decimal place. They organise brands by editorial usefulness under this rubric. Commercial compensation does not change a criterion or score.
