Editorial standards and corrections

Our standard is simple: every specific claim should be understandable, attributable and useful to an adult reader.

Source hierarchy

We prefer regulator records, exact operator domains, official terms, help centres and current promotion pages. Competitor reviews can suggest a question, but they are not evidence for a claim.

Facts and interpretation

A domain, published limit or stated support channel is a fact. A score and recommendation are editorial judgments under the published methodology. The two are labelled and written separately.

Offers and changes

Bonuses, payment methods and processing statements can change. We update a page when a primary source shows a material change and remove a claim that can no longer be supported.

Corrections

Email [email protected] with the URL, the sentence in question and the primary source supporting the correction. We review the source before changing the page.

Commercial separation

Commercial compensation cannot purchase a score, position or conclusion. A commercial link is identified separately from the editorial review.

Prohibited practices

We do not invent player testing, transaction results, awards, popularity data, team biographies or partnerships. Editorial coverage does not promise eligibility or a gambling outcome.
