Responsible gambling

Gambling can cause harm. This guide is only for adults aged 21 or older and should never be used to recover money or solve a financial problem.

Set limits before play

Choose a fixed entertainment amount and a time limit before opening a game. Money needed for bills, food, housing or debt is not a gambling budget.

Recognise warning signs

Stop when gambling affects sleep, work, relationships or mood; when stakes rise after a loss; or when you hide the time or money spent.

Do not chase losses

A previous result does not improve the next chance. Increasing a stake to recover money increases the amount at risk.

Protect your account

Do not lend an account, borrow money to play or share identity documents, passwords and one-time codes with another person.

Take a formal break

PAGCOR’s Player Exclusion page explains self-exclusion and family-exclusion routes, forms and documentary requirements. Check the current official instructions before applying.

Ask for support

If stopping feels difficult, tell a trusted person and seek an appropriate local professional service. The correct next action is a pause, not another deposit.
